Lawrence & Co. seeks a Growth Advisor to work with CEOs and leadership teams at companies doing $50M to $500M+ in revenue. You’ll lead annual and quarterly planning, coach executives, and help drive long-term growth with disciplined execution.

You’ll bring 10+ years in senior leadership, executive credibility, and strong facilitation skills to build strategy, align teams, and expand client relationships for sustained success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior leadership, including CEO or executive roles.
• Executive credibility and strong facilitation skills.
• Deep strategic planning expertise.
• Private equity experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning with executive teams at client companies.
• Facilitate annual and quarterly planning sessions onsite and virtual.
• Coach CEOs and senior leaders to step into bigger roles.
• Grow the firm through your network and by supporting new client relationships.
