Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to provide executive-level dining service in a high-profile setting in Vancouver. You will deliver refined service to RBC executives, guests and clients while maintaining discretion and professional conduct throughout events.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to dynamic event requirements.

Qualifications

• High school graduation preferred; up to 2 years of related hospitality experience.
• Experience in executive, corporate, fine-dining or premium event environments is an asset.
• Must be bondable and possess Serving It Right certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refined, attentive and unobtrusive service to RBC executives, clients and invited guests.
• Protect the confidentiality and privacy of conversations, meetings, guest information and business activity.
• Anticipate guest needs while maintaining professional boundaries and adapting service style.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure plated meals and deliveries are accurate and on schedule.
• Complete post-event breakdown, reset and assigned closeout activities to established standards.
