Job summary

IKEA is hiring a Customer Experience Co-worker III in Coquitlam, BC. You will interpret and apply returns and exchange policies, resolving inquiries with empathy to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include accurate transactions, inventory control, staying updated on policy changes and product knowledge, and collaborating with team members. A comprehensive Total Rewards package accompanies the starting wage of 22.76 CAD.

• Customer‑focused problem solver with 6+ months of retail customer service experience (returns or cashier experience an asset)
• Skilled in applying Returns & Exchange policies with sound judgment, including exception handling
• Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills, able to explain policies clearly and professionally
• Detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and effective in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
