Job summary

IKEA is seeking a Sales Co-worker II to actively engage customers, identify needs and suggest solutions in a fast-paced store in Canada. The role emphasizes merchandising, accurate pricing, and maintaining stock levels while delivering excellent service.

Training will cover product features and benefits, with teamwork and support across colleagues and departments. Typical responsibilities include maintaining a clean, well-priced area, learning product details, and collaborating with co-workers

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • Passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume retail environment.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Experience with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing product displays.
  • Confidence in approaching customers, identifying needs, and recommending solutions.
  • Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
