Job summary

IKEA Ottawa is seeking a Sales Co-worker II to actively engage customers, understand their needs and propose the best solutions. You’ll maintain clean, correctly priced, and fully stocked areas following IKEA merchandising standards.

You will learn product features, share knowledge with customers and co-workers, and seek guidance when needed while supporting teammates across the store. This role emphasizes teamwork, learning, and customer-first service.
