Qualifications

Overview

We are currently accepting applications for part-time and casual/on-call Event Staff to join our growing event team in Victoria. Shifts are typically in the evenings and on weekends, and would pair well with a full-time job to offer some supplemental income. Some of the roles we are looking to fill are:

• Guest Services
• Access Control

Training Wage: $18.75 per hour

Site wage: $18.75-$20.00 per hour

What you will do

Our Event Team at event based facilities conduct regular patrols, provide impeccable customer service, and respond to incidents and emergencies as required. Events are a dynamic and fast paced work environment where things are constantly changing, and there are always interesting challenges to solve.

Crowd Control

• Monitor and manage crowd flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
• Assist in directing attendees to their designated areas and seats.

Ticketing and Access Control

• Verify tickets and credentials at entry points.
• Ensure the smooth entry and exit of attendees.

Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees with inquiries and offering guidance.
• Address and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
