Job summary

Elmer's Manufacturing Ltd. in Manitoba invites an energetic Event and Engagement Coordinator to shape our presence at trade shows, dealer events, factory tours, and in our email communications.

You will own events from concept to ROI, manage logistics and budgets, run email campaigns, track leads and results, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance engagement with farmers and dealers. Expect about 25% travel and dynamic teamwork.

Can you make a farmer feel like the most important person in the room, whether it's a first handshake at the booth or a follow-up email a month later?

To meet the growing demand for our product we're currently seeking an Event and Engagement Coordinator to be the person behind how Elmer's shows up in front of farmers and dealers at trade shows, on factory tours, and in their inboxes.

You won't just book the event. You'll own it from the first idea to the final ROI report.

You'll plan and run trade shows, customer and dealer events, internal meetings, and factory visits, handling the logistics, design, and budget, and showing up to execute them (expect to be on the road about 25% of the time). You'll build and send our email campaigns through our email marketing platform, working with the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager on the message, and team up with our marketing team to promote what's coming. Afterward, you'll track leads and results and use what you learn to improve how we connect with customers. Along the way, you'll look after our promotional items, brochures, and customer care packages.

You won't be doing it alone. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside the Sales Manager and the marketing team, with room to develop new engagement ideas of your own.

• You've run email campaigns on an email marketing platform
• You're at home in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and pick up new software and digital platforms quickly
• You can juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the details
• You write and speak clearly and carry yourself professionally in front of customers and dealers
• You can travel (roughly 25%) domestically and internationally and work the occasional after-hours when an event calls for it
• You stay proactive and adapt when priorities change
