Job summary

Elmer’s Manufacturing Ltd. is seeking an Event and Engagement Coordinator to drive how we show up at trade shows, factory tours, and in customer communications. You will own events from concept to ROI, handling logistics, design, budgets, and execution.

You will also build and send email campaigns with our marketing team, track leads and results, and continuously improve engagement with farmers and dealers. Expect about 25% travel and occasional after-hours events.

Qualifications

• Must have planned and coordinated events and managed logistics behind them.
• Experience sending and managing email campaigns to customers/dealers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presentation.

• Plan and run trade shows, customer and dealer events, internal meetings, and factory visits; manage logistics, design and budget, and execute them (approx. 25% travel).
• Build and send email campaigns; collaborate with Marketing and Sales managers to refine messaging and campaigns; track leads and results.

• Report to Marketing Manager and work with Sales Manager and marketing team to develop engagement ideas.

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking an Event and Engagement Coordinator to be the person behind how Elmer’s shows up in front of farmers and dealers at trade shows, on factory tours, and in their inboxes.

You won’t just book the event. You’ll own it from the first idea to the final ROI report.

You’ll plan and run trade shows, customer and dealer events, internal meetings, and factory visits, handling the logistics, design, and budget, and showing up to execute them (expect to be on the road about 25% of the time). You’ll build and send our email campaigns through our email marketing platform, working with the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager on the message, and team up with our marketing team to promote what’s coming. Afterward, you’ll track leads and results and use what you learn to improve how we connect with customers. Along the way, you’ll look after our promotional items, brochures, and customer care packages.

You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside the Sales Manager and the marketing team, with room to develop new engagement ideas of your own.

• You’ve planned and coordinated events and you’re comfortable with the logistics behind them
• You’ve run email campaigns on an email marketing platform
• You’re at home in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and pick up new software and digital platforms quickly
• You can juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the details
• You write and speak clearly and carry yourself professionally in front of customers and dealers
• You can travel (roughly 25%) domestically and internationally and work the occasional after-hours when an event calls for it
• You stay proactive and adapt when priorities change
