Job summary

Elmer’s Manufacturing Ltd. in Altona, MB is seeking a motivated Intern for the Sales Operations team. You will gain hands-on experience in lead handling, CRM entry, and coordinating demos and tours.

The role offers a 4-month term starting in May and involves working closely with Territory Managers to grow customer engagement. The ideal candidate has outbound calling experience, strong communication skills, and is highly organized with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling or inside sales is a plus.

Availability: 4-month term starting in May

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to new leads, web inquiries, and tradeshow contacts
• Respond to inquiries, document information, and assign to Territory Managers
• Set follow-ups and appointments
• Follow up on demos, quotes, and inquiries
• Maintain accurate opportunity stages and customer records
• Perform CRM audits (duplicates, missing data, stages)
• Log all customer interactions in CRM
• Assist with demos, tours, and events
• Experience with outbound calling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, Salesforce experience is considered an asset
• Previous inside sales, customer service, or related experience
