Job summary

Elmer's Manufacturing Ltd. is seeking a CNC & Fabrication Lead to own production flow across advanced CNC technologies, lead a team of operators and team leads, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and throughput.

Ideal candidates will have strong manufacturing experience, enjoy solving problems on the floor, and be adept at optimizing processes and developing people in a fast-paced CNC and fabrication environment. Competitive salary, benefits, and profit-sharing available.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production flow across CNC laser, brake, and machining operations.
• Coordinate labour, machine capacity, and material flow to meet targets.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in cutting, forming, and machining processes.
• Monitor production performance and revise priorities to maintain schedule and quality.
• Lead problem-solving on quality issues and disruptions.
• Ensure safety standards and operating procedures are followed.
• Support training and development of operators and team leads.
• Drive continuous improvement to raise throughput and reduce waste.

This role is ideal forsomeone with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys solving problems on thefloor, optimizing processes, and developing people in a fast-paced CNC andfabrication environment.

WhatYou’ll Do:

• Lead daily production flowacross CNC laser, brake, and machining operations
• Coordinate labour, machinecapacity, and material flow to meet production targets
• Identify and resolvebottlenecks across cutting, forming, and machining processes
• Monitor production performanceand adjust priorities to maintain schedule and quality
• Lead structured problem-solvingon quality issues and production disruptions
• Ensure safety standards andoperating procedures are consistently followed
• Support training anddevelopment of operators and team leads
• Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and stabilize processes
