Job summary

Windsor Great Park Illuminated is seeking a friendly Box Office Co-ordinator to welcome guests, sell entry tickets and merchandise, and resolve queries at the Windsor Great Park Savill Garden box office. Hours are generally 3.00pm–10.30pm on a rota basis; the position is temporary.

Previous retail/customer service experience is required, with a confident, tech-savvy approach to handling cash, card payments and online ticket systems.

• Experience in retail/customer service required.
• Approachable with a customer-focused outlook.
• Positive, adaptable attitude in fast-paced environment.
• Strong numeracy and ability to learn ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and welcoming service to all guests at the Box Office
• Deliver and maintain a high-level of customer service at all times
• Sell entry tickets and handle ticket exchanges efficiently – training will be delivered on our online ticket systems
• Set up the Dines payment systems on a daily basis
• Set up the See ticket scanners
• Troubleshoot any technical issues
• Sell event merchandise
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and efficiently
• Respond to any guest questions or queries in a helpful manner
• Escalate any queries or issues to relevant managers as required
• Work in accordance with all Windsor Great Park Illuminated staff policies and practices
