Position

As an Estimating Coordinator, you will play a key role maintaining the product and options catalogue used in the Design Studio and ensuring all homeowner selections generate accurate, properly coded Purchase Orders for trades and suppliers. You will be responsible for managing catalogue data, pricing, and system setup in Buildertrend (construction project management software).

Responsibilities

Product Catalogue Management (Buildertrend)

• Maintain and update the product and finishes catalogue as directed by the Design Studio.
• Enter and manage data, including:
• SKUs and model numbers
• Pricing and cost codes
• Ensure selection categories and option groupings are logically organized and user-friendly.
• Keep catalogue information current with daily price updates.
• Maintain catalogue consistency across all communities, documenting any revisions or changes clearly.
• Manage and update supplier and trade profiles within Jonas and Buildertrend.
• Maintain accurate and current price lists and product data provided by trades and suppliers.
• Communicate catalogue updates, corrections, and adjustments clearly and professionally.
• Support administrative estimating tasks as assigned.

Purchase Order Issuance for Selections (Jonas)

• Upload approved purchase orders from Buildertrend into Jonas.
• Verify all purchase orders in Jonas accurately reflect Buildertrend data and approvals.

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in homebuilding purchasing, estimating, or construction administration.
• Familiarity with residential finishes and trade categories.
• College diploma in Construction or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proficiency in Buildertrend (or similar selection management platform), Jonas (or equivalent PO/accounting system), MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
