Job summary

Novisto, based in Montreal, is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to support ESG data management and platform configurations. You will structure, validate, and optimize data, collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, and become the go-to expert on platform behavior and best practices.

You will investigate and resolve issues, learn the platform in depth, and contribute to documentation and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working on a SaaS product, including hands-on customer or internal support experience.
• Proven ability to investigate, qualify, and resolve product issues, and to know when and how to elevate.
• Comfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to learn a complex platform in depth and become the person others rely on for answers.
• Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ESG data or sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, CSRD/ESRS, CDP, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Bilingual (French/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process, structure, and validate ESG and platform data to support framework implementation.
• Map and digitize ESG standards, questionnaires, and regulatory frameworks.
• Perform quality checks and data comparisons to ensure accuracy.
• Develop deep operational knowledge of the platform and become the internal reference.
• Act as the escalation point between Platform Operations and internal teams.
• Serve as escalation for platform and configuration issues, guiding to Engineering.
• Partner with Customer Success on complex cases requiring platform expertise.
• Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
• Surface recurring operational patterns to inform platform improvements.
• Follow policies, procedures, security controls, and report risks.
