Job summary

Husky TechnologiesTM is seeking an ESG Intern in Bolton, Ontario to support the development of our ESG Report through data collection, content development, and report preparation. This hands-on role offers exposure to global ESG platforms and cross-functional project management within a dynamic, growth-oriented company.

You will research trends and best practices, engage with stakeholders, and help drive sustainability communications and reporting activities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Passion for ESG and sustainability.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, EcoVadis, and GHG Protocol is an asset.
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Strong team ethic and collaborative mindset.
• Positive and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• ESG Reporting: Support the development of Husky's ESG Report, including data collection, content development, and report preparation.
• Data Collection: Gather ESG-related data from various departments and business units using Husky's global ESG platform to support reporting requirements and customer sustainability requests.
• Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing ESG data, identifying trends, and supporting sustainability performance assessments.
• Research: Conduct benchmarking and research on ESG trends, reporting standards, and industry best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across the organization to support ESG projects and customer sustainability requests.
