Job summary

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor backup environments (internal and client environments).
• Analyze alerts, identify anomalies, and respond promptly.
• Validate backup success and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Perform initial analysis and corrective actions.
• Escalate complex incidents efficiently to Level 2 / Level 3 support teams.
• Track incidents and tickets through to resolution.
• Serve as the first point of contact for operational requests.
• Process backup and restoration requests.
• Ensure thorough follow-up of tickets until resolution.
• Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with clients.
• Produce operational reports on the health and status of client environments.
• Contribute to the optimization of operational processes.
• Participate in the documentation and enhancement of procedures.
• Support the onboarding of new clients.
• Collaborate on the automation of MSP operations.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Resilience Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Monitoring & Operations

• Proactively monitor backup environments (internal and client environments).
• Analyze alerts, identify anomalies, and respond promptly.
