Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution.
• Experience working within an ERP system for order entry, quoting, and purchase order generation is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Customer order entry and quote creation.
• Answering customer calls and emails professionally.
• Generate vendor purchase orders from ERP reports.
• Follow up with vendors on pricing and lead times.
• Coordinate with production teams on order status and deliveries.
• Assist with basic office administration and site announcements.
