VEG ER for Pets is seeking an Emergency Registered Veterinary Technician to join our 24/7 hospital team in Ontario. You will work onsite in a fast-paced emergency setting, performing triage, treatments, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care support for a diverse caseload.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in veterinary technology required.
• RVT credential in the province of practice required.
• 1+ years in a veterinary or emergency setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care from triage to discharge.
• Administer treatments, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care support.
• Perform diagnostics, imaging, and sample collection.
• Maintain calm, compassionate support for pets and their families.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to optimize patient outcomes.
