Qualifications

• RVT in good standing with the OAVT.
• Strong clinical and technical skills with a passion for high-quality patient care.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and adaptable in a busy hospital environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Interest in emergency, critical care, inpatient nursing, or a combination of these areas.
• Previous emergency, critical care, or inpatient experience is an asset, but we are open to training the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients, assess urgent cases, and provide initial stabilization.
• Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients and monitor continuously.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, CRIs, blood products, oxygen therapy, and other treatments.
• Maintain detailed nursing care and accurate documentation for hospitalized patients.
