Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in St. Catharines to serve customers, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, and assist in inspecting and preparing equipment for use. You will help customers both inside the center and on-site across a supporting team.

The role includes driving/lifting tasks, training opportunities, and progression potential. Pay is hourly with a $17.60–$18.60 range and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
