Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Victoria, BC. The role involves assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities include moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, inspecting equipment, and educating customers on products. Training and certification opportunities are provided; expected pay starts at the standard rate for the region.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
Install hitches and trailer wiring.
