U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated people for the position of Customer Service Representative at 950 Brookdale Ave, Cornwall, Ontario. You will be the face of U-Haul’s exceptional service, helping customers on their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return gear.

The role offers on-the-job education, a fast-paced, team environment, and opportunities to learn about rentals, equipment inspection, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
