Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company’s exceptional service. You will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan technology to dispatch and manage rentals at our Canadian locations.

The role offers on-the-job education with potential bonuses and benefits as listed in the posting. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift training offered.
