U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative in Sidney, British Columbia. In this role, you will assist customers with U-Haul products and ensure efficient rental operations using smartphone-based technology.

U-Haul is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. In this role you will help customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with our products and services, inspect and maintain equipment, use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, and provide assistance and education regarding our offerings. The position includes on-the-job training and the opportunity to advance within the company.
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. (assisted or unassisted).
Pay Range: $18 – $20 per hour
Location: 10201 McDonald Park Rd, Sidney, British Columbia V8L5X7 (Part‑Time)
