Patterson Dental in Halifax is seeking a detail-oriented Equipment Coordinator to manage and coordinate equipment sales and installation transactions, supporting sales reps, service technicians, customers, and internal teams.

This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, coordinating logistics and delivering excellent customer service, with responsibilities spanning order processing, inventory management, and installation coordination in a busy branch setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College education in business or accounting is considered an asset.
• Previous logistics or coordination experience is an asset.
• Strong computer and basic accounting skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Process equipment orders from sales representatives, service technicians, and customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and customer records related to equipment purchases.
• Identify the most effective sourcing and ordering solutions for equipment.
• Verify incoming shipments and prepare equipment for delivery or installation.
• Coordinate installation schedules with the Service Department, sales teams, and customers.
• Generate invoices, purchase orders, credits, and returns.
• Maintain accurate equipment files and vendor pricing information.
• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
• Support branch operations with additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
• Warehouse duties.
• Performs other tasks as requested or assigned.
