Job summary

Master in Ottawa is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will receive, label, and store shipments, enter data into our system, and fulfill customer orders while maintaining accuracy and strong safety practices.

You will work a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM with no weekend shifts. We offer comprehensive benefits, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to grow within a leading HVAC‑R distributor across North America.

Qualifications

  • Forklift operation experience required.
  • Dangerous Goods certification preferred.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, label, and store shipments accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders for sales, transfers, and deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal teams.
  • Help loading and unloading parts, including forklift operation.
  • Maintain organized stock shelves and manage overstock areas.
  • Keep the work area safe, clean, and compliant with safety rules.
  • Follow all company safety regulations and procedures.
  • Assist with other duties like crates opening and inventory tasks.

Do you enjoy staying organized and paying attention to detail? If so, Master could be just the place for you! We're looking for a new Warehouse Associate to join our Ottawa, Ontario team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing shipments, checking for any stock damage, keeping inventory records accurate, and efficiently fulfilling customer orders.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM—no weekends!

What you will accomplish with us:
  • Receive goods, confirm quantities, and enter them into our system
  • Pick and pack orders for sales, warehouse transfers, and courier deliveries
  • Provide top-notch customer service
  • Help customers load and unload parts by hand or with a forklift
  • Stock shelves and organize overstock areas
  • Keep your work environment safe and clean
  • Follow all company safety regulations
  • Handle various other duties like opening crates, preparing orders, and inventory tasks
What You Bring to Our Team:
  • Experience with forklift operation (counterbalance)
  • Dangerous Goods certification (a plus!)
  • Ability to lift/move heavy products (up to 50 lbs.)

Compensation Information:

Base Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually

Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
