Job summary

Thermon in Canada is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to manage the customer order process from receipt through shipping and follow-up. You will own order management, meet customer requests, receive and enter orders, and resolve delivery issues to satisfy customer needs.

The role requires ERP/data management, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent communication in English. You will interact with customers via phone and email in a high-volume environment at Thermon Edmonton.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary technical diploma or degree, and/or Customer Service or Order Management experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems - preferably Microsoft AX.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, results-focused work environment.
• Quick learning aptitude of technical concepts and product applications.
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and quality.
• Exemplary relationship building and interpersonal skills, as well as communication skills (verbal and written English).
• Strong project management skills.

The Role

Order Management Coordinator will have direct contact with customers and manage our customer order process from order receipt through to shipping and follow up. This role handles orders from receipt to customer delivery and is required to take ownership of order management. This includes meeting customer requests, receiving and entering orders, identifying and resolving order or delivery issues in order to meet customers' needs.
