Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Friendly attitude and positive team participation are expected.
• Valid G driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• OMVIC license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify wants and needs based on approval rates.
• Create relationships through phone consults and in-person meetings.
• Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles following dealership procedures.
• Monitor DealerTrack for leads and schedule appointments.
• Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, and completing contracts.
• Explain warranties, services, and financing to customers.
• Follow up after delivery to maintain relationships.
