Job summary

401 Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic automotive sales professional in Owen Sound to build relationships with customers and drive vehicle sales across multiple brands. No experience is required as training is provided, with a strong commission-based pay plan and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities include qualifying buyers, scheduling appointments, negotiating pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to OMVIC and MVDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify their wants and needs based on approval rates
• Create relationships through phone consults and in-person meetings
• Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures
• Familiarize yourself with competitive products
• Monitor DealerTrack for leads
• Schedule appointments with customers
• Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales/purchase contracts, explaining/offering warranties, services, and financing
• Demonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities
• Follow-up with customers after delivery of their vehicle to ensure that they are satisfied and to maintain the relationship for future purchases
• Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations
