Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Commission-based pay with growth opportunities.
• Location: Winnipeg MB; easy access via McGillivray Blvd.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify wants and needs based on approval rates.
• Create relationships through phone consults and in-person meetings.
• Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles following dealership procedures.
• Familiarize yourself with competitive products.
• Monitor DealerTrack for leads.
• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating terms.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to maintain relationships.
