Ideal candidates have OMVIC certification, a valid Ontario driver’s license, and experience with dealer CRM systems. This full-time, on-site role offers a generous commission-based compensation ranging from $42,000 to $90,000 annually, with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OMVIC certification is required.
• Experience with dealer CRM systems is required.
• Ontario driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions.
• Learn and maintain product knowledge on vehicles and rebate programs.
• Answer customer service phone calls relating to car sales inquiries.
• Keep customers updated on delivery progress and vehicle readiness.
• Attend training classes as scheduled by management.
• Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding late vehicle deliveries.
• Comply with OMVIC regulations and company policies.
