The 401 Group is seeking motivated sales professionals for automotive sales at our Woodstock location. No experience is required as we provide continuous training and a lucrative commission-based pay plan designed to reward performance.

You will handle inquiries for new and used inventory, build client relationships, and manage a personal sales portfolio across multiple brands. Great earning potential and growth opportunities in Ontario.

• Willingness to learn and be trained on our processes.

Mansioni

• Work with customers to identify wants and needs based on approval rates.
• Create relationships through phone consults and in-person meetings.
• Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles following dealership procedures.
• Familiarize yourself with competitive products and monitor leads.
• Schedule appointments and close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating terms.
• Explain warranties, services and financing options to customers.
• Follow up after delivery to maintain relationships for future purchases.
• Adhere to OMVIC & MVDA regulations.
