Job summary

The 401 Group of Companies is seeking an energetic automotive sales professional in Winnipeg, MB. No experience is required as we train all employees, and commissions drive earning potential well above base expectations.

You will manage client relationships, sell new and used inventory across locations, and participate in ongoing product training. A strong work ethic and excellent communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Technically savvy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify wants and needs based on approval rates.
• Create relationships through phone consults and in-person meetings.
• Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Familiarize yourself with competitive products.
• Monitor DealerTrack for leads.
• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing contracts, and explaining warranties and financing.
• Follow-up with customers after delivery to maintain relationships.
