Job summary

Performance Auto Group is seeking self-starting Sales Consultants in Brampton to deliver exceptional customer service and drive vehicle sales. You will learn product knowledge, quote customers, and work with the Sales Manager to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

The role is 100% commission with historical earnings between $50,000 and $100,000 CAD annually; flexibility and strong communication are essential to succeed in this dynamic, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• OMVIC Certification is required.
• Dealer CRM system experience is required.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to showroom visitors and calls.
• Demonstrate vehicle knowledge and incentives programs to customers.
• Quotations and negotiations to help customers select vehicles and options.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and adherence to OMVIC requirements.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on products and promotions.
