Billyard Insurance Group is seeking a Managing Partner for BIG St. Thomas to lead and own a high-potential branch. You’ll recruit and guide a local team, grow your book and operate with the full infrastructure of a national brokerage behind you.

Bring a proven insurance sales record, RIBO license, and an entrepreneurial mindset to build relationships, drive growth, and deliver outstanding client experiences in Elgin County’s largest city.

Qualifications

• Active RIBO license in good standing (or willing to convert your OTL).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build your branch: recruit and lead a team of brokers rooted in the local market, setting the culture and pace for your operation.
• Drive new business: grow your client base through referral networks and community relationships.
• Leverage exclusive market access: offer clients access to 40+ carriers across personal, commercial, life and travel.
• Use best-in-class technology: operate with BIG's AI-driven underwriting and analytics platform.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience: build a team focused on client-first service.
