Job summary

APPLY is seeking a Principal Engineer to own the technical vision across the full stack for enterprise-scale systems. You will drive AI-native delivery, orchestrate teams of agents, and shape the platform's cloud-native architecture.

You will mentor engineers, design scalable APIs, and work alongside CX, Strategy, and Product to deliver high-impact solutions. This role blends hands-on coding with strategic leadership in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience across the full stack with leadership at Staff or Lead level.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript; hands-on React/Next.js frontend and Node.js backend.
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful/GraphQL APIs and backend services.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and cloud infra.
• Lead technical direction and raise the engineering bar across multiple teams.
• Mentor engineers and drive AI-native delivery with a modern MACH/ headless approach.
