Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to design, build, and run agentic AI solutions for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, defining use cases, prototyping, and deploying robust workflows that integrate with existing systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 4+ years engineering with cloud-native systems.
• 2+ years designing agentic solutions in production.
• 5+ years Python/Java/Spring; familiar with logging/monitoring/observability.

Responsabilidades

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• AI Platform Integration across providers to enable seamless multi-provider pipelines (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.).
• Cloud-Native Engineering using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability.
• Tailor agentic applications across verticals (finance, healthcare, retail) for intelligent automation.
• Engage with clients via workshops/POCs to shape data-driven agent workflows and drive adoption.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Craft reusable patterns and documentation to influence client roadmaps.
• Hybrid role in Mississauga, requiring 3 days per week in the office.
