Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Development Lead who will design, build, and run agentic AI systems for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, shaping use cases, prototyping, and deploying robust, secure workflows that scale across complex settings.

You will partner with stakeholders, lead technical workshops, and drive data-driven patterns while maintaining strong governance and cost awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of cloud-native development experience.
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum 3 years AI platform experience including multi-provider pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic applications across verticals such as finance, healthcare, and retail.
