Job summary

Infotek Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Change Management and Transformation Leader to drive a large-scale LMS transformation initiative. You will lead organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, governance, and communications in a complex, global setting.

You will partner with HR, Talent, Technology, Communications and business leadership to ensure successful implementation, adoption and long-term sustainment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives, LMS or HR tech preferred.
• Strong governance and risk management, readiness assessments, adoption planning.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage executives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management and adoption strategies.
• Lead organizational readiness, impact assessments, and implementation planning.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop change governance frameworks and executive reporting.
• Lead readiness, adoption, communications, and implementation activities.
• Facilitate workshops and leadership sessions.
• Monitor adoption metrics and organizational risks.
• Address adoption barriers and align business and technology transformation.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance across a matrixed organization.
