Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise-level change initiatives.
• Ability to develop and implement change strategies in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven success in driving adoption and minimizing resistance in complex environments.
• Experience conducting stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Ability to create and execute multi-year change roadmaps.
