Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives for enterprise-wide business changes and digital platforms.
• Proven ability assessing user adoption barriers and developing targeted strategies.
• Certification in Prosci, CCMP (ACMP), or equivalent methodology.
• Experience building consensus across business, operations, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Minimum 10 years of organizational change management experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting enterprise changes and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic and tactical change management plans and communications to enable user adoption.
• Assess organizational readiness and stakeholder impact, identify adoption barriers, and implement strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and governance bodies to support rollout of new functionality and processes.
• Translate capability changes into measurable business benefits and drive sustained behavioral change.
• Create and execute training strategies, engagement activities, and communications materials.
