Job summary

Natural Factors is seeking a Change Management Advisor to drive adoption of new technologies and processes. You will partner with L&D, Communications, and business leaders to support readiness, engagement, and learning reinforcement across the organization.

The role is permanent full-time, with in-office and hybrid work options after probation in Coquitlam, BC. You will lead impact assessments, develop practical change strategies, and monitor adoption to ensure a successful transformation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.
• Experience supporting technology implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence at multiple levels and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
• Translate findings into practical change strategies and adoption activities.
• Partner with Learning & Development and Communications to create learning and engagement plans.
• Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and support leaders through the change journey.
• Monitor adoption, identify risks, and propose actions to sustain results.
