Job summary

Affinity is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support an ERP transformation by documenting current-state processes across HR, procurement, and budgeting. The role involves stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and establishing a validated process repository to inform ERP planning and design.

Candidate should have 5+ years in change management, SAP/ERP exposure, and strong facilitation with municipal or public-sector contexts.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• Minimum five years delivering change management for complex transformations.
• Experience supporting ERP or enterprise system transformations involving process change.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state business processes across H2R, P2P, and P2B domains.
• Develop standardized process maps and validate with stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities.
• Create process documentation repository and support ERP design.
• Lead discovery workshops and validation sessions with stakeholders.
• Produce weekly status updates and sign-off deliverables.
• Mentor City staff on setup, configuration and support requirements.
