Job summary

Pack-Smart Inc. Automation in Concord, Ontario seeks an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and hire engineering talent for high-speed automation projects.

You will partner with the engineering and project teams to define needs and craft strategic recruitment plans. Success requires a strong engineering background, 3+ years in sourcing and assessment, and excellent communication to engage stakeholders across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/electromechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of engineering talent sourcing and assessment experience.
• Experience collaborating with hiring teams and conducting behavioral interviews.

Responsibilities

• Directly source and hire engineering capacity to meet project milestones.
• Collaborate with hiring team to assess talent requirements and tailor recruitment approaches.
• Leverage diverse sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates.
• Conduct behavioral-based interviews and screenings to evaluate technical fit and culture.
