Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter for a 6-month contract in North York, Toronto. You will support hiring across engineering, technical, and corporate roles, coordinating interviews and candidate communications as part of a busy, high-volume recruitment team.

Ideal candidates bring recruitment or HR coordination experience, comfort with Paycor ATS, and a proactive, relationship-building approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in recruitment or HR coordination, including co-op or internship experience.
• Experience with Paycor ATS; Rippling is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in Paycor ATS.
• Screen applications and identify qualified candidates across technical and corporate roles.
• Support high-volume co-op recruitment, including application reviews and interview coordination.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
• Identify process improvements to recruitment pipelines and efficiency.
• Provide additional HR coordination support as needed.
