Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/electromechanical engineering is required.
• 3+ years of proven experience in engineering talent sourcing and assessment in agency or in-house settings.
• Demonstrated passion for technology with ongoing professional development.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong ability to share and receive feedback to foster continuous improvement.

Job description

What we are looking for:

• Directly source and hire high-caliber engineering capacity to meet project milestones through Advertising, Role Promotion and Proactive Outreach
• Collaborate closely with hiring team to assess evolving talent requirements and develop strategic, tailored recruitment approaches aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage diverse talent-sourcing strategies, including social media platforms and targeted outreach, to identify, engage, and attract high-calibrar candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral-based interviews and phone/virtual screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, competencies, cultural alignment, and overall suitability for the role.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in mechanical/electrical/electromechanical engineering.
• 3+ years of proven experience in engineering talent sourcing and assessment, gained within agency recruitment or in-house engineering environments.
• Demonstrated passion for technology and continuous professional development, with a commitment to staying current with emerging trends, tools, and industry practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong ability to share feedback and receive constructive feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
