Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a Documentation or Administrative role within Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Previous Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Create, receipt, and close POs in an SAP-based system.
• Maintain records in an SAP-based spares and maintenance system.
• Update and add new parts to the SAP-based spare parts system.
• Create agreements and route them for approval.
• Generate reports from spares, maintenance records, and the QMS system.
• Assist in closing actions and change controls.
