Job summary

Symbiotic Group seeks an experienced SAP NetWeaver Administrator to support a Platform Engineering team in maintaining and optimizing SAP environments. The role focuses on reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across cloud-based infrastructures.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage system changes, and help drive on-call production support and preventive measures for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HANA administration.
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver system administration.
• Experience managing SAP environments in public cloud platforms.
• Experience using scheduling tools to manage daily operational tasks.
• Experience working with SAP Solution Manager.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage upcoming system changes and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain and update system support documentation, including changes from upgrades and redesigns.
• Install, maintain, and support complex SAP infrastructure, hardware, and system software components.
• Administer and tune SAP platforms to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support.
• Support rollout and implementation activities.
• Perform root cause analysis for service interruptions and implement preventive measures for complex projects.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP NetWeaver Administrator to support a Platform Engineering team in maintaining and optimizing SAP environments. This is a net-new role focused on ensuring system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across complex technical infrastructures in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
