Job summary

GeoSpectrum Technologies, based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, is seeking an experienced Engineering Records Coordinator to join our cross-functional team onsite. You will enter, organize, and maintain engineering records in our ERP, create BOMs and part numbers, and ensure data integrity across CAD drawings and ERP records.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with ERP systems and maintain accurate records.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, BOMs and CAD outputs.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain ERP part numbers, descriptions, attributes and structure.
• Build, review and release accurate BOMs in the ERP system.
• Ensure ERP data reflects engineering intent, revisions, and configurations.
