Job summary

You will handle billing, project planning, and compliance documentation, with a focus on timely and accurate bid packages. The position offers a permanent contract with a hybrid remote work arrangement and group insurance, among other benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in office administration, business administration or another relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in document management, data entry or administrative support.
• Ability to collaborate effectively on projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort coordinating multiple files and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Billing and payment applications: prepare invoices and ensure compliance and timelines.
• Project planning and coordination: support site preparation activities and related permits and start-up requirements.
• Document management and compliance: maintain complete, traceable project documentation.
• Project closeout and quality assurance: coordinate closeout documentation and ensure quality/compliance requirements.
• Estimating and bid preparation: work with estimating team to gather documents and prepare complete bids.
