Job summary

Groupe SM Tardif inc. is seeking a Project Managers Assistant to support Pagui in both Plumbing and Electrical departments. The role focuses on bid preparation, site coordination, and efficient project documentation while maintaining quality and compliance.

You will collaborate with estimators and project managers, handling permits, invoices, and logistics, ensuring accurate closeouts and strong teamwork within a hybrid work setup in Canada.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• DEC or AEC in office administration or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple files and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the estimator in bid and proposal preparation by gathering documentation.
• Assist project managers with site coordination, permits, installations, rentals, and logistics.
• Prepare and follow up on invoicing and payment requests.
• Manage project documentation and ensure files remain complete and compliant.
• Handle change orders and shop drawing administration.
• Prepare project closeout documentation and contribute to QA requirements.
